Introduction
By booking or using services provided by HR Holiday Sdn Bhd (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking or transaction with us.
Services Provided
- HR Holiday Sdn Bhd is a licensed travel agency in Malaysia, providing travel packages including Umrah, Hajj, flight tickets, hotel bookings, ground arrangements, tours, and related services.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Booking and Payment
- To secure a booking, a deposit or full payment (as stated in the package details) is required.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods specified by HR Holiday Sdn Bhd.
- Full payment must be received before ticket issuance or departure.
Prices and Package Details
- All prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise indicated.
- Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, airline fares, or government taxes.
- Package inclusions will be clearly stated in our proposals, quotations, or brochures.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation by customer must be made in writing.
- Refunds (if any) depend on airline regulations, hotel policies, and HR Holiday Sdn Bhd’s refund policy.
- Certain promotional packages are strictly non-refundable.
- HR Holiday Sdn Bhd reserves the right to charge administrative fees for cancellations.
Travel Documents & Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring their passports are valid for at least 6 months from departure date. HR Holiday Sdn Bhd is not liable for issues arising from invalid travel documents, visa rejections, or failure to comply with immigration requirements.
Health & Safety
For Umrah/Hajj packages, customers must comply with health regulations set by the Ministry of Health Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, or any relevant authority. Medical clearance may be required for elderly pilgrims or those with health conditions.
Agency Rights
- Alter itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, airline schedule changes).
- Substitute hotels or services with alternatives of equal standard.
- Cancel any booking with full refund if minimum group size is not met.
Limitation of Liability
HR Holiday Sdn Bhd acts as an intermediary between airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and clients. We are not liable for losses due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, political instability, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are advised to purchase travel insurance.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
