General Policy
All bookings made through our agency are subject to the terms and conditions set by airlines, hotels, transport providers, and service partners.
Refund eligibility depends on the specific rules of the supplier, as well as the nature of your purchased package or service.
Administrative or processing fees may apply for all cancellations or refund requests.
Flight Bookings
Refunds for flight tickets are governed by the airline’s policies.
Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded. Changes or cancellations may incur additional charges or may not be permitted.
Any applicable service charges or agency fees are non-refundable.
Tour Packages & Hotel Bookings
Cancellation more than 30 days before departure/check-in: Eligible for a refund after deducting administrative and supplier fees.
Cancellation 15–29 days before departure/check-in: Up to 50% refund based on supplier terms.
Cancellation 14 days or less before departure/check-in: Non-refundable.
Umrah & Hajj Packages (if applicable)
Deposits for pilgrimages are strictly non-refundable due to advance supplier and visa processing costs.
Full payments are subject to approval from airlines, hotels, and local partners, and refunds may not be possible once arrangements are confirmed.
Visa Applications
Fees paid for visa processing are non-refundable, regardless of approval or rejection by the embassy/consulate.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 working days depending on the supplier’s policy and payment method used at the time of booking.
No-Show and Early Departure
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, missed flights, or early departure from tour packages and hotel stays.
Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or travel bans, refunds will be subject to the supplier’s policy and may be provided as credit vouchers instead of cash refunds.
